I've been attending the story telling yoga
I've been attending the story telling yoga which I've have both really enjoyed and found really helpful. I've found it is a very good way of switching off from external worries, stresses etc since it involves both brain and body! I also think it's a really good way of 'being yourself' since it allows you to take down the external mask and barriers you put up and just let go and release the 'inner child'! So for these reasons and also because I think it will be a good way of helping me to develop mindfulness, I'd really like to continue with the classes.
