I do yoga at First Steps and I do it every week
I am writing you this letter to say I do yoga at First Steps and I do it every week. I suffer from an eating disorder, and it helps me so much! I feel better with myself, mentally and physically when I keep it up, I find that if I don’t have a routine I have set backs. It affects me positively - doing yoga - and when I have missed a class I feel depressed, low and fatigued. Yoga is really effective and does help me develop a positive and optimistic attitude towards getting better. Please keep it up.
