Having my befriender has been a god send
Having my befriender has been a god send over the time we have been conversing. We email each other twice a week and this has allowed me to let off steam on anything that may have triggered my eating disorder. This has helped me when things have been difficult i can have long online chats with my befriender. I value this regular contact and would recommend this service to anyone who needs someone just to talk to and share things with. Over the last year First Steps has helped me realise my trigger points and i have received some great support around my eating problems. K A
